Qualifications: Active RN license, eligible to practice in Louisiana. Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience; travel experience is a plus. Strong critical thinking abilities and dedication to patient-centered care. BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications (such as CCRN) are advantageous. Proficiency with electronic health records and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to critically ill adults, monitoring and assessing patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and implement care plans. Administer medication, manage ventilators, and monitor vital signs. Communicate significant changes in patient status to physicians and family members. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
