We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and premium experience
• Manage guest appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Drive membership and wellness program sales
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain accurate guest records and support daily operations

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Guest-centric and service-oriented approach
• Sales aptitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and memberships
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, healthcare, or customer-facing roles preferred
