Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Manager – Operations to lead and manage high-volume backend processes with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The role requires strong leadership skills, process orientation, and the ability to build and manage teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage teams of 20–50 members across multiple functions.
• Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
• Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism.
• Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management.
• Strong expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Superior communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Client handling and stakeholder management exposure.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
