HowNWhy is looking for passionate and experienced Senior STEM Mentors to join our growing team.

If you have 2+ years of experience in STEM education, technology training, or hands-on project mentoring, we’d love to hear from you.

• Mentor school & college students in STEM, AI, Robotics & Emerging Technologies
• Conduct hands-on workshops, projects and technology programs
• Guide students in project development, problem-solving and innovation
• Support hackathons, exhibitions and technology events
• Work with schools and institutions to build a strong STEM learning ecosystem

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge in one or more areas:
• AI/ML | Robotics | Electronics | IoT | Drones | 3D Printing | Coding | Computer Science | Emerging Technologies
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for working with students and building real-world projects
• Willingness to travel to schools/colleges when required

Location: Bangalore / Karnataka - Kochi,Trivandrum, Kottayam, Calicut / Kerala - Trichy/ Tamil Nadu

Role: Senior STEM Mentor

Salary: 3.0 to 6.0 Lakhs (Competitive / Based on experience)
