Job Summary

The Senior Associate – Advisory is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of advisory engagements by conducting research, performing detailed analyses, and preparing high-quality deliverables. The role involves close coordination with clients and internal teams to identify business risks, improve processes, and provide actionable recommendations. The individual is expected to manage multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining high professional and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advisory engagements, including business process reviews, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare client reports, recommendations, presentations, and engagement documentation.
• Manage day-to-day assignments, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise junior team members and review their work.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain information, discuss findings, and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA or ACCA Finalist or relevant degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in advisory, consulting, risk management, or financial services.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Client management, team supervision, and project management capabilities.
