Axiom World is looking for a confident and experienced English Accent & Communication Trainer to help enhance the communication, pronunciation, and professional speaking skills of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of spoken English, a clear American accent , and practical experience in call center sales or customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English communication, pronunciation, and accent training sessions.
• Coach employees to improve their fluency, confidence, tone, and overall communication skills.
• Assess communication gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and practical speaking exercises.
• Help employees improve their professional communication for client interactions.
• Monitor individual progress and recommend areas for improvement.
• Promote clear, confident, and professional English communication across the organization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Call Center Sales experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong American accent and pronunciation .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and engaging personality with strong coaching abilities.
• Ability to identify communication gaps and effectively coach employees.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or quality assurance will be an advantage.
