Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Establish and enforce EHS policies and procedures to promote a strong safety culture.Conduct risk assessments and inspect operations, processes, equipment, and facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.Provide safety training and awareness programs on occupational health, workplace safety, and accident prevention.Monitor employee work practices to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate workers’ compensation matters as needed.Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend preventive measures and safety initiatives.Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, compliance issues, and relevant EHS metrics.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience as an EHS Manager, Safety Manager, or in a similar role.Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.Proven ability to develop policies, prepare reports, conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and investigate incidents.Excellent organizational, leadership, and team-motivation skills, with strong attention to detail and observation.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with external stakeholders.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs independently or up to 50 lbs with assistance. xzbcwsv Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the workday.
