About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to join the Market Data Operations team. This is primarily an Application Support / Production Support role focused on supporting market data applications, ensuring data quality, resolving incidents, and managing market data onboarding.

Location: Chennai – Perungudi (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 to 11+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 support for Market Data applications.
• Support production environments and resolve application-related incidents.
• Manage and track incidents through JIRA while adhering to ITIL processes.
• Perform market data onboarding and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Validate and reconcile market data across multiple sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and application issues.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and provide proactive support to business users.

Required Skills

• 6–11+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Market Data Operations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ITIL processes, especially Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of Market Data, Commodity Data, or Energy domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
