What You Will Do:

• Climb, inspect, prune, and trim trees safely while applying sound arboriculture practices and delivering exceptional workmanship.
• Perform tree care services such as crown cleaning, deadwood removal, structural pruning, and general tree maintenance based on property needs.
• Use hand tools, climbing equipment, and tree care tools responsibly while helping maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Identify potential tree health concerns, pest issues, maintenance needs, and safety hazards, then communicate observations to the team.
• Complete quality control inspections and preventive maintenance tasks that help ensure dependable service and professional results.

What You Bring:

• You have demonstrated experience with tree climbing, pruning, tree trimming, or arborist field work and can perform physically demanding outdoor work safely.
• You understand proper pruning practices, tree care standards, and the importance of protecting people, property, and plant health.
• You bring a dependable, team oriented approach and take pride in completing each job with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• You can communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and customers while representing the company well on site.
• You are comfortable working in changing outdoor conditions and following established safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Arborist credentials or formal horticulture, or tree care training are required

Compensation and Benefits:

• This Arborist Climber position offers an annual salary of $60,000 to $80,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
• Eligible employees receive health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
