Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking an Exp o rt Int eg rat io n Specialist to join the F-35 program in Arlington, Virginia.
The F-35 Jo int Program Office (JPO) leads life-cycle management of the F-35 Lightning II, the fifth-generation jo int strike fighter serving the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Cooperative Program Partners (CPP), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers across multiple classification levels.
Support includes Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Special Access Programs (SAP), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full-spectrum, multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across the enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle, spanning Continental United States (CONUS) and overseas operations globally.
The role of the Exp o rt Int eg rat io n Specialist (Senior) is to provide SME-level guidance and senior-level int erface for exp o rt control compliance and technology transfer int eg rat io n supporting the F-35 JPO, ensuring all disclosures of controlled F-35 technology to int ernational Partner nations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers comply with applicable U.S. exp o rt control law and DoD disclosure policy:
- Support compliance with Int ernational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Exp o rt Administration Regulations (EAR) across all F-35 JPO int ernational program activities
- Coordinate exp o rt license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), and Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs) with the State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and DoD Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA)
- Develop and ma int ain F-35 exp o rt control documentation, authorizations, and technology transfer records in accordance with U.S. Government disclosure policy frameworks and National Disclosure Policy (NDP) requirements
- Advise and assist the Government with exp o rt compliance planning for FMS letters of offer and acceptance (LOAs) and program-specific technology release packages
- Coordinate with the Foreign Disclosure Representative and Int ernational Security Specialists to int eg rat e exp o rt control requirements with foreign disclosure and partner nation program security activities
- Develop and deliver exp o rt compliance training and awareness programs to F-35 JPO Government and contractor personnel
- Coordinate with the National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC) as required for F-35 Partner nation information releases
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree , OR Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work exp erience in exp o rt control, int ernational security, or technology transfer
- A minimum of ten (10) years of exp erience in exp o rt control compliance for DoD programs, including ITAR/EAR compliance, TAA/MLA coordination, and FMS technology release processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of Int ernational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Exp o rt Administration Regulations (EAR), and Arms Exp o rt Control Act (AECA) requirements
- Exp erience coordinating with the State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and DoD Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) on exp o rt license and agreement actions
- Top Secret/SAR clearance required
