The Opportunity:

• A GP-only role inside a 24/7 hospital, with emergency support available in-house

• Practice top-tier general medicine with access to advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization resources

• Partner with an in-hospital ER team while keeping your primary focus on scheduled GP care

• Join a supportive, flexible, multi-DVM team where work/life balance is a stated priority

• At least 3-5 years of DVM experience in a small animal GP setting is required for this role

The Resources:

• 11+ DVM team in a 24-hour-capable hospital

• 20 exam rooms and a state-of-the-art medical complex built in 2023

• Two surgical suites for general surgery, orthopedics, and emergency surgery

• Double dental suite with digital dental x-ray

• Large in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and echocardiogram options

• Canine and feline ICU spaces, with separate isolation options for disease management

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000

• Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual
