As a Sporting Good/Gun Counter Lead at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, leading and developing a successful team and safeguarding company assets. Ideal candidates can lead the team while maintaining gun counter compliance.This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
