Senior CI/Dev Ops Developer – DLT specialist

IDCD – Infrastructure Development & Continuous Delivery (U)

Your area of work:

The IDCD unit provides a standardized, automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Dev Ops capability, including formal software build and promotion. The team designs, delivers, operates, and maintains a central CI/CD platform serving over 10 development teams across multiple geographic locations — Luxembourg, Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany, and India — supporting 20+ applications across diverse technology stacks and processing over 5,000 pipeline executions per month. As part of this team, you will also contribute to the delivery of GCP-based development workstations and support software development teams in adopting Continuous Delivery services.

Your responsibilities:

Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and their underlying infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and capacity planning Design and implement enhancements to build, test, and deploy automation workflows to accelerate delivery cycles and improve software quality Collaborate closely with application development, QA, and platform engineering teams to tailor CI/CD pipelines to their specific needs, onboard new projects, and resolve integration challenges Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, and infrastructure-as-code practices into the delivery pipeline Provide guidance and support to development teams on Dev Ops best practices, pipeline usage, and toolchain adoption, fostering a culture of shared ownership and continuous delivery Work with a particular focus on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift), cloud platforms (primarily GCP), and infrastructure automation, including integration with a central Distributed Ledger Technology platform Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

Your Profile:

University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Distributed Ledger Technology; cloud platforms (GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS); containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift); scripting and programming (Bash, ksh, Power Shell, Python); CI/CD tooling (Intelli J, Jira, Git Hub, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Fortify, Artifactory, Git Hub Actions) Basic knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban practices Basic knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, Open Code) Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory due to close collaboration with teams in Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany, and India Proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Shell scripting, and Groovy Experience within Clearstream or the post-trade/financial services industry Familiarity with corporate software, change management processes and delivery governance frameworks
