Job Role – Voice Process

We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Voice Process .

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Assist customers with product, service, and process-related information Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Meet individual and team performance targets Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction

Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Call Center Freshers with good communication skills can apply Excellent English communication skills
