Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review class action complaints, motions, briefs, and legal pleadings.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.Prepare high-quality legal documents within tight deadlines.Support litigation matters and develop persuasive legal arguments.Work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in New York.litigation experience, including drafting motions and briefs.experience with litigation and motions.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.Must have trial experience.
