Project Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Windchill PLM Project Manager who can take ownership of complex PLM transformation programs and drive successful delivery across implementation, migration, upgrades, process transformation, and enterprise collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the complete Windchill project lifecycle — deployment, migration, upgrades, and delivery Manage Windchill PDMLink & ProjectLink environments and collaboration/access-control requirements Enable secure information sharing across engineering teams, business functions, and supply-chain partners while protecting IP Plan and allocate technical resources including Developers, Administrators, and Business/Functional Analysts Track project milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery margins Drive workflow, Change Management, and BOM processes aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution Qualifications Strong hands-on Windchill PLM Project Management experience Experience managing Windchill implementation / migration / upgrade projects Good understanding of PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Workflows & BOM Management Strong stakeholder, vendor, resource, budget, and delivery management skills Ability to manage multiple teams and drive projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare Strong understanding of Engineering & Manufacturing PLM processes ITC Infotech is a global technology services and solutions provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited , combining deep technology expertise with strong industry and domain knowledge.
