Engineer / Senior Engineer - Casting Development

We Sanmar Matrix Metals limited looking for Casting Engineer / Casting Development Engineer a steel foundry based in Viralimalai location ( near Trichy ). Qualification : B.E / B.Tech or Diploma Experience: Minimun of 3+ years into Casting Development from steel foundry. Indicative Tasks: 1. New Product (casting) Development Carry flexibility study (tolerance, complexities, infras tructure, new grade etc.,) upon receiving the RFQ from marketing department. Preparation of detailed technlogy of pattern layout and sharing with patter shop. Follow up with pattern shop for the purchase order. Creation of SAP codes for the new castings. Preparation of PPAP documents and submit to customers and also preparation of process sheet for internal process Prepare and issue route card to the planning dep
