Spectral Consultants is Hiring | Senior US Tax – Form 1065 for one of the Accounting and Tax Advisory Firm 1️⃣ Senior / DM – 1065 Tax | Real Estate Mumbai | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad Experience: 3–8 years Domain: Real Estate 2️⃣ Senior – 1065 Tax | Federal Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 years Domain: Financial Services – Private Equity | Hedge Funds | Fund of Funds | Venture Capital What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong experience in US Federal Taxation / Partnership Taxation ✅ Hands-on experience with Form 1065 ✅ Experience reviewing/preparing partnership tax returns and supporting workpapers ✅ Strong understanding of K-1 / K-2 / K-3 ✅ Experience in the relevant domain – Real Estate/REITs or Financial Services/Funds ✅ Exposure to US clients and/or global counterparts ✅ Experience with tax planning, research, compliance and identifying tax issues ✅ CA / CPA / Enrolled Agent would be an added advantage Domain-Specific Experience Real Estate Role: Real Estate / REITs / Real Estate Partnerships Financial Services Role: Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds and similar investment structures.
