Business Development Manager

Associate / BD & Marketing Executive PQE: 2-5 years Reporting: The Partner, and working as a part of Growth Team Days of working: About the Role Our Client -Law Firm- is looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the firm's growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating marketing content, and contributing to business development efforts in a fast-paced legal and consulting environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support business development activities, and ensure its smooth operation. 2. To assist in implementation of the Firm’s strategic plans . 3. Coordinating and maintaining the firm's collaterals. 4. Key role in global ranking submissions for the Firm. 5. Manage the Firm's presence across social media and digital marketing channels. 6. Coordinate global events, and networking initiatives. 7. To engage in vendor negotiations. 8. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities. 9. Maintain CRM and marketing databases, and prepare periodic reports. 10. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Law & Marketing or a related field. 2. 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role. Preferred experience in working in a similar profile at a Law firm. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. 5. Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
