Hiring for Vice President Legal Construction Finance/Real Estate Finance
Designation: Vice President Legal Construction Finance/Real Estate Finance
Experience: 12+ years of work experience in Legal management in Real estate or construction finance
Industry: Banking/NBFC
Location:Mumbai
Job Role:
- Lead legal structuring, risk allocation, security creation, and exit strategies for real estate and structured finance deals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan/facility agreements, development agreements, debenture documents, and security documents.
- Conduct end-to-end title due diligence covering ownership, encumbrances, approvals, zoning, and RERA compliance.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
- Lead legal strategy for stressed/NPA accounts, including SARFAESI, IBC, NCLT, litigation, and arbitration matters.
- Partner with Credit, Risk, Investment, and Business teams as a strategic deal advisor.
- Lead pan-India legal teams, external counsel, legal panels, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
