The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving overall business growth, branch P&L, team management, sourcing, credit quality, and operational excellence for secured lending products through DSA and direct channels while ensuring compliance with Aditya Birla Capital’s policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Business & Revenue Management Own and deliver branch business targets across secured loan products. Drive DSA empanelment, activation, productivity, and retention . Build strong local market connect for direct sourcing (builders, CA network, connectors, lawyers, SMEs). Manage ticket sizes ranging from ?5L to ?3Cr based on geography and profile.
