Position DescriptionAs a Local Media Investment Associate, you will identify local audiences for advertisers across various advertising platforms. The role involves working in a dynamic field and learning negotiation techniques. The team acknowledges new ideas and supports career development. It is committed to both hard work and collaborative efforts
ResponsibilitiesPerforms stewardship functions relating to client schedules, including maintenance and tracking of schedulesDemonstrates the required skills to input and maintain media schedulesProvide support to Buyers/Supervisors on assigned projects and tasksDisplays drive and takes initiative to learn, problem solve and growDemonstrates accuracy on all projectsMeets timelines and deadlines on completing tasks and projectsMaintains good organizational skills
Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree required0-1 year of media experienceAdaptable individual skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and writtenAdept at initiating phone conversations with outside media vendorsAble to work alone and with the group on tasksIntermediate math and numeracy are crucialAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must have the legal right to work in the United States
