TG Developers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage enquiries, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements. Schedule and coordinate site visits. Follow up with prospects via calls, Whats App, and email. Update and maintain lead details in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion. Achieve daily and monthly lead management targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. 1-7 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management (real estate experience is mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; Kannada and Hindi are an added advantage.
