Title: Oracle EBS Production Support Analyst Key Skills: Oracle EBS, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Location: Hyderabad Mode of Work: Work from Office Position: Contract - 3 Months, extendable We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules to support critical business operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 production support for Oracle EBS AP & GL modules. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and process-related issues. Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and transaction flows to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis. Support incident, problem, and change management activities. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS AP and GL modules. Prior experience in production support, application support . Good understanding of financial processes, issue troubleshooting, and ticket management. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience working in a support environment with defined SLAs. Familiarity with Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and support processes.
