StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $3637.50 - $3937.50
This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM | October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: New patient and follow up visits
Credentialing timeframe: One week
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications required: Board certification
Licensure required: Indiana license in hand
