AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Join our engineering team to design, train, and deploy machine learning systems - from NLP and speech models to predictive analytics and computer vision. You'll turn research-grade ideas into reliable, evaluated, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune ML/NLP models for real client use cases
• Design retrieval, evaluation, and cost-control layers for AI systems
• Develop data pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring
• Establish eval sets and quality benchmarks before deployment
• Optimize models and infrastructure for latency and cost

Requirements

• 2+ years in ML/AI engineering or applied data science
• Strong Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and RAG architecture
• Experience deploying models to production, not just notebooks
• Solid grounding in evaluation and experiment design
