Job Description: Language Trainer (German & French)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Language Trainer proficient in German and French to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching or training experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging language sessions, preparing learners for international language proficiency exams, and helping students develop strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions in German and French .
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Train students from beginner to advanced levels according to the curriculum.
• Prepare learners for internationally recognized language proficiency exams such as Goethe-Zertifikat (German) and DELF/DALF (French) .
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
• Conduct mock tests, speaking practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Create an engaging and motivating learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language-learning tools.
• Support students with pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in German, French, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a German and/or French Language Trainer.
• Strong command of both written and spoken German and French .
• Certification in German (Goethe, TestDaF, or equivalent) and/or French (DELF, DALF, TEF, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach students of different proficiency levels.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, virtual learning platforms, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training or educational institutions.
• Knowledge of AI-powered learning tools and modern language-teaching methodologies.
• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
