Job Title: Channel Partner – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partners to collaborate with us for promoting our property tech plotform in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, a good client network, and proven experience in property sales or real estate channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales for residential / commercial real estate projects
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and investors
• Promote projects through various channels including digital platforms and personal networks
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for closures
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely deal closures
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
