What You'll Be DoingPlay a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reporting activitiesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial schedulesSupport accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processesAnalyze financial results, investigate variances, and help ensure reporting accuracyPartner with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams on accounting mattersIdentify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and increase efficiencyProvide technical accounting guidance and support to other team members as appropriateContribute to special projects, reporting initiatives, and ongoing accounting improvements
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in AccountingProgressive accounting experience, ideally at the Senior Accountant or Lead Accountant levelStrong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closeExperience preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysisStrong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsA proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership and enjoys improving processes
