What You Bring2+ years of management in the food & beverage or industryHospitality mindset - You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experienceHands-on leadership styleCalm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentMust be 21+ years oldAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
