In this resident-first, team-oriented role, you will oversee PT, OT, and speech therapy teams, ensure high-quality, individualized care, and drive clinical outcomes for older adults. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, regulatory compliance, documentation, and departmental budgets while collaborating closely with nursing and leadership. You will support a warm, homelike environment, mentor clinicians, and champion continuous improvement, making a meaningful daily impact in residents’ independence and quality of life.
