We are Hiring |  Instructional Designer  

We are looking for an  Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of engaging learning solutions.

Location : Pune

Experience: 1+ Years

Domain: Instructional Design / Learning & Development / Training / Education

Role: Instructional Designer

️ Must-Have Skills

✅ Basic understanding of Adult Learning Principles & Instructional Design

✅ Strong written and verbal communication

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word & Excel

✅ Experience through internship, academics, or work in creating learning/training content

✅ Familiarity with LMS platforms

✅ Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools

✅ Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources

✅ Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices
