Position: Architect / Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and executing Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate Offices, Commercial Spaces and other large-scale projects .

The candidate will be responsible for design development, architectural/interior planning, coordination with consultants and project teams, client interactions, material selection, and ensuring timely project execution within the approved budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, working drawings, presentations and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, material selections and design details.
• Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule .
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Review project requirements and resolve design/coordination issues effectively.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Guide, mentor and support junior architects/designers and project team members.
• Ensure attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics and overall project quality.

Preferred Project Experience

Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be preferred:

Hospitals / Healthcare Projects

Hotels / Hospitality Projects

Corporate Offices

Commercial Projects

️ Large-Scale Interior Projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of architectural and interior design, planning and project coordination .
• Proven experience in handling projects independently and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity and design development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing and execution.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Strong work ethic, ownership and passion for design.
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to create functional, practical and aesthetically pleasing spaces .
