Project manager

Job description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to take complete ownership of our B2 B travel technology platform and coordinate its development, maintenance, integrations, and continuous improvement. The candidate will act as a bridge between the management, technology team, and business/operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of all technology-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the overall B2 B travel technology platform and its development roadmap. Plan, prioritize, and execute new features, upgrades, and system enhancements. Coordinate with QA, operations, and management. Gather business requirements and convert them into clear technical/project requirements. Manage API integrations for air tickets, hotels, packages, payments, visas, CRM, and other travel services. Track development, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. Identify and resolve project issues, delays, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks. Conduct regular testing and ensure the platform is stable, secure, and user-friendly. Collect feedback from internal teams and B2 B partners and suggest product improvements. Maintain project timelines, documentation, task lists, and progress reports. Ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and business requirements. Continuously explore ways to improve the platform's functionality, automation, performance, and partner experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Management, preferably in the travel-tech or B2 B technology industry. Strong understanding of web portals, APIs, software development, integrations, and SDLC. Experience working with developers and technical teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Good understanding of travel technology will be an advantage. Experience with B2 B travel platforms, booking engines, GDS, APIs, CRM, or payment integrations will be preferred.
