Nursing Director Of Behavioral Health, RN Leadership
Lead and shape behavioral health nursing care for the Aiken community, guiding a team that makes a real difference for patients every day.
Location: Aiken, SC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $114,400 to $170,560 per year
Must-Haves
- Current RN license in South Carolina
- 5+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Strong nursing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department
- Lead strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and develop nursing staff in a supportive, professional environment
- Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement
- Manage department budgets, resources, and nurse staffing
- Partner with providers to build patient-centered care plans
Nice-to-Haves
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
- 5+ years in a behavioral health leadership role
