Customer service executive

1. Customer Interaction and Support:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding housing finance products, loan options, and application processes. Assist customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring they have all necessary documentation. Provide timely follow-ups to customers to keep them informed about the status of their applications. Resolve customer complaints or issues related to the loan process in a prompt and professional manner.

2. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by calls and follow-ups with potential customers. Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and sales activities. Maintain a database of customers, prospects, and lead details. Coordinate the delivery of information and updates between the sales team and other departments.

3. Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including agreements, proposals, and reports. Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns to generate new business. Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions. Ensure timely processing of loan applications and related documentation.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and legal teams to ensure the smooth processing of loans. Communicate customer feedback and requirements to the relevant departments for improved service delivery.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Assist in creating presentations and reports for senior management on sales progress and customer feedback.

6. Product Knowledge:

Keep updated with the latest housing finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Provide accurate product information to both customers and the sales team to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in housing finance or financial services. Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
