British Express- A unit of Career Pro Ventures Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Admission Counsellor with 3–5 years of experience in Edu-Tech sales or counselling, specifically in selling language courses such as IELTS, German, Spanish, or French.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. Proven experience in selling language courses (IELTS, German, Spanish, French) is a must. Prior experience in counselling or Edu-Tech sales is essential. Team handling experience is highly preferable. Familiarity with a wide range of language programs and certifications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and Motivate the Sales Team and help them to achieve their targets.

Guide students through our language courses and enrolment procedures. Conduct informational sessions to explain the benefits of programs such as IELTS, German, Spanish, and French. Assist candidates in selecting the right language program based on their goals. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and admissions. Work towards achieving monthly targets and provide feedback for improving outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
