Float Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center seeks an RN Float to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and respond to rapidly changing conditions in a Level II Trauma Center. This role supports med-surg, ICU, ED, telemetry, and step-down units as needed. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and educate patients and families.
