Job DescriptionRepresent clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution mattersDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courtsManage discovery, including strategy, depositions, and document review oversightWork closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and drive resultsCollaborate with a high-performing litigation team on sophisticated business disputes
Qualifications4+ years of commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm or through relevant clerkship experienceActive Washington Bar license or ability to waive inStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsExperience handling matters in state and federal courtsDemonstrated attention to detail and strong academic credentials
