We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
• Design social media creatives using Canva while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and optimize content strategies.
• Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Requirements

• 6 Months - 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating professional social media creatives.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe Creative Cloud tools is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for content creation, ideation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with content scheduling tools and social media analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver work within deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience communicating with clients, presenting ideas, and handling feedback professionally will be considered a strong advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
