Join a newly launched, rapidly growing Interiors Division All projects are local to Charlotte with no travel required About Our Client Our client is a respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation across the Southeast and a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, multifamily, senior living, and renovation projects. With more than $100M in annual revenue and millions of square feet successfully delivered, the company has recently launched a dedicated Interiors Division to capitalize on growing demand for office, healthcare, and commercial renovation work. Job Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth execution. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards and specifications. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Assist in project planning and resource allocation as needed. The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience managing interior construction projects Experience with office, healthcare, medical office, retail, or commercial renovations preferred Strong understanding of occupied renovation environments Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively Desire to grow alongside a rapidly expanding business unit What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 85.000 to 120.000 annually.
