As a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting team to help in providing to our clients and carriers with top-tier risk management solutions. The Associate Account Manager contributes by building long-term relationships with our clients and insurance carriers by providing exceptional customer service. ResponsibilitiesAssist with new business marketing and client renewals.Handle policy maintenance; endorsements, rating, contract review, certificates, billing, and related activities.Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries.Maintain organized digital records and manage a suspense system in the agency's software, AMS.Stay current on insurance trends, CE requirements, and industry standards.Understand and comply with state and federal regulations.Special projects at Management’s’ request
Qualifications and Education Requirements3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience.Active Property & Casualty license.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Strong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Products and insurance software (AMS).Industry Designations a Plus (i.e. CIC, CISR, CRM).
