The Risk division is responsible for credit, market and operational risk, model risk, independent liquidity risk, and insurance throughout the firm. BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW The primary role of Credit Review is to independently assess the effectiveness of the Firm’s credit risk management processes. Credit Review is also responsible for providing senior management and the Board of Directors an objective and timely assessment of the credit portfolio.
