Shape creator targeting with account and operations teams Research the context that makes an approach relevant before the first message Build trusted conversations with creators and representatives Bring market feedback into campaign strategy and qualification decisions What you bring. Strong commercial judgment and precise communication Experience in creator, talent, partnerships, or marketplace work Comfort building the playbook while using it An ability to distinguish a promising conversation from a merely high-volume one Your first 90 days Learn the work. Improve the work. 01 Learn the active briefs, qualification standards, and route from first reply to handoff 02 Lead creator conversations for a defined part of the work and document the signal they produce 03 Use what you learn to improve targeting, outreach, and the creator experience Working style The work is close to Growth and Operations.
