As a Resource Registered Nurse, you provide high-quality, age-appropriate patient care across units using the nursing process. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, safely administer medications and treatments, and adjust plans based on changing conditions. You collaborate with the care team, delegate appropriately, uphold safety and ethical standards, document accurately in the EHR, and may float to different departments to meet patient and organizational needs.
