Customer service representative

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Chennai office.

What you'll do:

Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues and ensure a great customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams when required. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on queries.

What we're looking for:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset. Basic computer skills. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹30,000/month
