Hiring: SEO Manager (SEO + GEO)

Location: Gurugram | Full-Time | Ezulix Software

Ezulix Software is a software development company delivering Saa S platforms, AI solutions, enterprise software, mobile applications, CRM systems, and custom development services for clients across the USA, UAE, UK, and other international markets.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linked In Sales Navigator — outreach, sequences, call booking

• Cold Email — Instantly / Smartlead, Apollo, domain warm-up

• Performance marketing

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)

• Linked In Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms)

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram B2 B campaigns)

• Build and manage quarterly and annual SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals

• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, structured data, and internal linking

• Develop content strategies, keyword clusters, topic authority frameworks, and on-page optimization plans

• Lead GEO initiatives to improve Ezulix visibility across Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local search visibility

• Monitor organic search, local search, and AI-search performance and provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with content, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation

• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, content gaps, and search trend analysis

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency, IT services, Saa S, or technology environment

• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-Page SEO, and Local SEO

• Good understanding of GEO, AEO, AI Search Optimization, and LLM visibility strategies

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Profile

• Strong analytical, reporting, and client/stakeholder communication skills

• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across teams
