Executive Summary:

We are on a mission to redefine online Computer Science education for BCA, MCA, and MS in Data Science students across India. We are seeking a visionary Leader who combines the depth of traditional academics with the agility of a coding startup.

In this role, you will lead a team beyond traditional teaching. You will start by building a next-generation platform based on online coding & effective teaching. You will combine fundamental computer science principles with cutting-edge AI tools, implementing thousands of aspiring software engineers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Next-Gen Curriculum Design:

• Design and structure industry-aligned curricula for online BCA, MCA, and MS in Data Science programs.
• Lead the development of an interactive platform and learning modules that emphasize practical problem-solving and real-world project execution over static theory.

2 . Practical Coding & AI-Driven Pedagogy:

• Ensure delivery of hands-on coding experiences that demystify complex computer science concepts for thousands of online learners.

3. Academic Leadership & Educator Mentorship:

• Mentor and guide instructors, teaching assistants, and content creators—transforming classroom educators into agile, platform-driven academic leaders.
• Establish quality benchmarks and evaluation standards for online technical instruction.

4. Platform Analytics & Student Outcome Strategy:

• Continuously track learning analytics, student progression, and platform engagement to refine teaching methodologies and drive placement outcomes.

Additional Details & Requirements:

• Education Qualification: M.Tech OR Ph.D. in Computer Science / IT (Required)
• Ideal Candidate Background: Academician with Startup experience OR Higher Education/ Edtech Coding Startup experience (agility & scale)
• Target Student Cohort: Online BCA, MCA, and MS in Data Science students across India
• Core Competencies: Coding + AI Learning + Online Curriculum
• Tech & AI Integration: Teaching Coding with and without modern AI coding tools
• Primary Mission: Transform online CS education into a platform-first, practical coding experience at scale
• Proven background as a Computer Science Faculty/Academician OR hands-on experience in Higher Educaton/ EdTech coding startup/scale-up .
• Strong proficiency in core computer science, software engineering, and full-stack coding workflows.
• Deep understanding of how to integrate AI tools into the coding lifecycle responsibly and effectively.
• Track record of designing, delivering, or managing online technical courses at scale.
