Financial Analyst

Northwest Indiana | Fully Onsite

Weekly local travel to nearby operating sites; occasional overnight travel to other facilities

The Opportunity

This Analyst supports the AVP of Finance across the company’s Northern and Southern regions, reporting to that person directly. The work centers on monthly forecasting, financial reporting, presentation materials, and ad hoc analysis for the broader organization.

There’s real build work here rather than pure maintenance: the forecasting and reporting models are still being developed and optimized, and this person contributes to that directly while also designing reports in the company’s ERP and consolidation systems.

What You’ll Own

• Development and optimization of the forecasting and reporting models
• Preparation and standardization of recurring reports and projections
• Identification of performance trends, risks, and opportunities, with recommendations for improvement
• Quantitative analysis supporting budgeting, forecasting, and company-wide objectives
• Monitoring of financial metrics to identify and explain variances
• Finance and business presentations for leadership
• Report design in the company’s ERP (Oracle) and consolidation/reporting package (OneStream)
• Streamlining of data exchange across systems and sources
• Documentation of departmental processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering
• MBA or other graduate degree in Finance or a related field preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions
• Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
• Oracle experience required; OneStream experience preferred
• Superior analytical skills with strong written and oral communication
• Organized and adaptable across changing conditions and diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities under deadline pressure
• High ownership of work product, with both attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work onsite with regular travel to operating sites
