ResponsibilitiesReview the funds’ quarterly and annual financials under US GAAP (ASC 946)Oversee the third-party administrator’s work on NAV, partner capital, capital calls, distributions and waterfallsBuild automated reporting and dashboards, and find AI use cases that cut manual workSupport budgets, cash forecasting and capital activity for executive leadershipPartner with valuation, investor relations, tax and compliance on audits, credit facility compliance and regulatory filingsReview and mentor associates
RequirementsCPA with public accounting experience plus time inside a fund, private equity preferred6+ years of private funds experienceAdvanced Excel beyond lookups and pivots, with hands-on Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau or AlteryxExperience on data or automation workstreamsInvestran preferredComfortable with constant change and long hours
